Returns
30 day return window – Ship Date to Return Arrival Date
Must use same type of shipping –
1. If sent Priority Mail = Return by using Priority Mail
2. If sent Ground Advantage Parcel = Return by using Ground Advantage Parcel
3. Order Must be returned with the product in the same or equal packing
4. Order Must be Undamaged
[Unless you have reported damage on arrival]
Refunds
A) Refund Information :
1. Complete returned product in the same or equal packing
by the same shipping method -within the return window will receive a 100% refund.
2. Returns are refunded through Card processing
3. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
4. Refunds through card may take 72 business hours or longer
depending on your payment source [ IE :Bank , Credit Union ,Prepaid Card]
,In the event of Bank holidays expect refunds to be extended
Reduced Refunds on returns reasons:
1. Order returned damaged
2. Order not packed as shipped
3. Order missing part of Shipment
4. Order sent back by wrong shipping method
5. Order returned outside of return window
Damaged on Arrival refunds:
1. item has been repacked by Carrier
2. item has arrived or been received soaking wet through the product
3. item has arrived showing signs of fire damage to the box
Refused Refund Reasons:
1. Wrong item returned
2. Returned outside return window
3. Item has been damaged to the point it has No Value on return
Cancellations
1. Orders Cancelled by the buyer before payment will have no charge
2. Orders with failed form of payment will have no charge
3. Orders with no valid address for delivery will have no charge
4. Orders without completed payment will have no charge
5. Orders cancelled due to Out of stock will have no charge
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
